Representative McCombie’s HB1482 that would protect the workers for Department of Children and Family Services and Department of Aging has passed out of the Judicial-Criminal Committee. This bill is a closure of a loophole that was discovered after Pam Knight lost her live after being attacked at a home visit for a DCFS case.
