After a majority of House members voted to kick nine Republicans off the chamber floor for violating House rules and refusing to wear a mask, Rep. Tony McCombie (R-Savanna) refused to leave the chamber and vote remotely. When the proceedings resumed, the Speaker’s office disabled her voting switch.
